Cadence ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it when you visit cadencecare.store or sign up for our pre-launch list.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Name — optional, only if you choose to provide it
- Email address — to send you your 40%-off code when we launch
- Phone number — optional alternative to email
- Comments — if you leave a thought on a product page, your name and message are stored; your email is kept private and never displayed
Information collected automatically
- Basic analytics: which pages and products you viewed, how far you scrolled, whether you clicked the reserve button. This is collected by our analytics system and, if enabled, Google Analytics 4.
- Standard server logs: IP address, browser type, referring page. These are retained for up to 30 days.
How we use it
- To send your 40%-off founder code when we launch
- To let you know about launch updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To understand which products people are most interested in, so we can prioritise accordingly
- To moderate and display community comments on product pages
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that power this website:
- Netlify — hosts this website and receives pre-order form submissions
- Supabase — stores community comments (EU-hosted, SOC 2 compliant)
- Google Analytics — if enabled, receives anonymised usage data
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@cadencecare.store. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
We do not use tracking cookies of our own. Google Analytics, if enabled, may set cookies subject to Google's own privacy policy. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.
Data retention
Pre-order sign-ups are retained until 12 months after our launch date, after which they are deleted. Comments are retained for as long as the product page they belong to exists. You may request deletion at any time.
