Privacy Policy

Cadence ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your personal information. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and how we use it when you visit cadencecare.store or sign up for our pre-launch list.
What we collect
Information you give us
- Name, optional, only if you choose to provide it
- Email address, to send you your 40%-off code when we launch
- Phone number, optional alternative to email
- Comments, if you leave a thought on a product page, your name and message are stored; your email is kept private and never displayed
Information collected automatically
- Which pages and products you look at, how far you scroll, and how long you stay, so we can tell what people actually want.
- Where you arrived from, including whether you came from one of our ads, plus your rough location, device and browser.
- An anonymous replay of how you moved around a page: clicks, scrolling, and where you paused. Anything you type into a form is hidden from these replays.
We don't attach your name or email to any of this. Some of the advertising tools below can still recognise a returning visitor, so we'd rather say that plainly than call it anonymous.
How we use it
- To send your 40%-off founder code when we launch
- To let you know about launch updates (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To understand which products people are most interested in, so we can prioritise accordingly
- To moderate and display community comments on product pages
Who else touches your data
We never sell your personal information, and we never will. To run this site we rely on a few outside services, and each one only gets what it needs to do its job:
- Supabase stores your reservation, comment or survey answer in our database.
- Netlify hosts the site and runs the form that saves your reservation.
- Resend sends your confirmation and launch emails, so it sees your email address.
- Google Analytics tells us how many people visit and which products they look at.
- Microsoft Clarity gives us heatmaps and the session replays described above, so we can find what's confusing.
- Meta (Facebook and Instagram). If you arrive from one of our ads, a small Meta tag tells Meta that you visited and whether you reserved. That's how we know which ads are worth paying for, and it's also how you might see a reminder from us later.
Several of these companies process data on servers outside India.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at hello@cadencecare.store. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and similar tools
We don't set advertising cookies of our own, but the services above do. Google, Microsoft and Meta each store a small identifier in your browser so they can tell one visit from the next. We also keep a couple of our own identifiers so we don't count the same person twice, and so we don't ask you the same survey question again.
You can clear or block any of these in your browser settings, and nothing on this site will stop working. You can also manage how Meta uses your activity in your Meta ad preferences, and opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.
Data retention
Pre-order sign-ups are retained until 12 months after our launch date, after which they are deleted. Comments are retained for as long as the product page they belong to exists. You may request deletion at any time.
